मेरा जन्म 21 नवंबर को हुआ था। 

I do yoga on Mondays and Thursdays. 
मैं सोमवार और गुरुवार को योगा करता हूँ।

जब कोई चीज़ किसी अन्य चीज़ के ऊपर या किसी सतह पर हो तो हम ‘on' का उपयोग करते हैं।

I am sitting on a chair.

I will pick you up at 8 pm for dinner. 
मैं तुम्हें डिनर के लिए 8 बजे लेने आऊँगा।

'At' का प्रयोग किसी विशिष्ट स्थान को इंगित करने के लिए भी किया जाता है। जैसे की:

The party is at my house. 
पार्टी मेरे घर पर है।
